LANCE KOTASH
Before Lance began his home inspection career, he had long worked elsewhere in the building trades—tallying up over 30 years experience. Lance has owned his own landscaping business, been a member of a local plumbers union, and also owned a home improvement business—which ultimately served as a springboard for becoming a professional home inspector.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Lance enjoys spending time with his family and upkeeping his yard and home. Lance loves the outdoors, and gets outside as much as he possibly can.
