LANCE KOTASH
Before Lance began his home inspection career, he had long worked elsewhere in the building trades—tallying up over 30 years experience. Lance has owned his own landscaping business, been a member of a local plumbers union, and also owned a home improvement business—which ultimately served as a springboard for becoming a professional home inspector.
When he’s not inspecting homes, Lance enjoys spending time with his family and upkeeping his yard and home. Lance loves the outdoors, and gets outside as much as he possibly can.

DAMARA KOTASH
Damara is responsible for running the backend of the business, helping to streamline operations and to ensure that our customer service program is the best around. Damara spent over 18 years in corporate operations management, an experience that greatly shaped her eye for detail and provided the technical know-how that is pivotal to the work she does today.
